Meet new people in your community<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Meet like-minded people and make new friends near you, all powered through the love of the great outdoors. Whether it\u2019s a run or a hike, a ride or a ramble, there is magic and connection to be found when you spend time in nature with friends, new and old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Audley Striders to Alsager Harlequins Cycling Club, PAU has teamed up with a whole range of clubs, all rooted in community. Click Here<\/strong><\/a> to discover local communities near you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re looking for new friends, running clubs, or group rides, join our social community<\/strong><\/a> so you can find out about our events first – and pop parkrun in your diary, which is every Saturday at Trentham Gardens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reach and see new heights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re based near the Peaks, and what a place it is. Wherever you are in the UK, there are some gorgeous sights to be seen. Places you would never have expected to find, routes you didn\u2019t know existed, and views that you could only dream of – head up the Roaches and you will see what we mean. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finding a new flow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Not only do you have a real good time when you\u2019re out exploring, but it\u2019s good for you as well. Being outside builds up those happy hormones and exercising and walking outside can have other positive effects on your health – Minus the pint in the pub at the end and we have a good case on our hands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steeped in history<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Obviously it\u2019s all gorgeous, but whether you\u2019re on a run or a ride or a walk, there is so much history to be seen and appreciated. From ruins to wrecks and everything in between, if you like knowing about where we came from and how we came to be, there is plenty of insight to be found across the country. We will write a post on our favourites, soon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feeling like a prawn or a pretzel from sitting at a desk? Get yourself out there.  Being out in nature is physically good for you, and boy we feel the benefits every single time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s good for your head, as well as your heart. Getting yourself out into the open is scientifically proven to make us feel happier, healthier, more content, and we get more of the good stuff in our brains as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spring is coming. The world is coming to life and nature is starting to bloom, so it is the perfect time to get out and enjoy what is often on our doorstep.
