Location:<\/strong> Based in Staffordshire with frequent travel for races with the team, events, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project PAU is dedicated to nurturing young talent and fostering a love for cycling through our comprehensive youth coaching and training programme. We are committed to providing a supportive and engaging environment where young athletes can develop their skills, confidence, performance and sporting acumen. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have been running a programme of free webinars for teenage cyclists called Project PAU now for 2 years. These webinars are part of the talent pathway we\u2019ve created to feed into Team PAU, our junior cycling team that this year has competed in every round of the British Cycling Junior Men\u2019s National Series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our first year running the project, three of our riders have scored points for top 20 finishes in National Series events and have achieved a national championship bronze medal in cross country mountain biking. Our team is predominantly male although we do have 1 female rider on the programme \u2013 our plan is to further develop a women\u2019s programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Overview:<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Youth Coach\/Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our youth and junior coaching programmes. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with young people, have a strong understanding of coaching principles, and possess the ability to support, inspire and motivate our junior team. Our programme manager\/coach will lead on the growth and delivery of Project PAU as well as managing the coaching and race programmes of Team PAU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
