With three fully supported 100 km rides across Staffordshire: Spring Forward, Made of Stone, and Sandon Century, a structured training plan can help you build confidence, enjoy every mile, and get the most out of the scenic routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-c11f3b1a3d20e91036efb9c3d57f8a7c\">This plan is approved by our Cycling Coach, Maddie Gammons, Coach to Team PAU.
