Join us for a fantastic evening of stand-up comedy at PAU Cafe in Trentham. We’ll enjoy stand-up performances from comedians from the national and international comedy circuit. Whether you’re a couple or a group, PAU Comedy @ Trentham is the best way to spend your Thursday night.

Our doors will open at 6pm, so you will have plenty of time to have a drink before the show starts at around 8pm. The show will end at approximately 10:30pm.

Meet Cokey Falkow, the charismatic whirlwind of talent set to host PAU Comedy @ Trentham! An actor, writer, voice artist, and comedian, Cokey has left his mark on international cinema, TV, and video games. Whether he’s voicing iconic characters in games like Metal Gear Solid and Uncharted 4 or starring in gripping roles in Expendables 4 and ITV’s 3 Little Birds, Cokey brings his unique flair and comedic genius to every performance. He even shared screen time with a talking mongoose in the quirky Prime hit, Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose.

With a knack for turning everyday moments into laugh-out-loud experiences, Cokey’s wit and charm promise an unforgettable night at PAU Comedy @ Trentham.

Charlie Ashton

Sharp Storytelling. Big Presence. Big Laughs.

Charlie Ashton is an exciting emerging talent on the UK comedy circuit, known for his sharp storytelling, natural charisma and commanding stage presence. A regular at venues including Hot Water Comedy Club in Liverpool, Charlie is quickly making a name for himself with polished material and energetic delivery.

Having made memorable appearances in comedy competitions, including a standout roast battle with Alfie Carter, Charlie brings a confident and engaging style to every performance. Described by Creatures Comedy as both “intense and hilarious”, he’s a comedian with plenty to say and the stage presence to make sure you’re listening.

Michael Dott

Ridiculous Tales. Self Deprecation. Scottish Charm.

Michael Dott is a storytelling comedian originally from Scotland and now based in the Midlands. Frequently the butt of his own jokes, Michael turns everyday experiences into ridiculous, relatable and hilarious tales, delivered with the confidence and stagecraft of a seasoned pro.

A regular on the UK comedy circuit, Michael has picked up praise from some of the industry’s respected names, with Paul Sinha describing him as an “excellent act” with the confidence and stagecraft of a seasoned pro.

Michael was also nominated for the Birmingham Comedy Festival Breaking Talent Award, Nottingham Comedy Festival Best New Act and Best Newcomer at the Midlands Comedy Awards.

Steve Harris

Observational. Energetic. Hilarious.

Steve Harris is an established comedian and compere with more than 20 years on the UK comedy circuit. He burst onto the scene by winning North West Comedian of the Year after just five gigs, before becoming a finalist in both the BBC New Comedy Awards and So You Think You’re Funny.

A regular headliner at leading comedy clubs, Steve has also supported Johnny Vegas, Peter Kay and Lee Evans on tour. His confident, observational and physical style has taken him around the world, while TV credits include Funny Cow, Love, Lies and Records and Coronation Street.

As Billy Connolly put it: “He made me howl with laughter.”
