
TAKE IT TO THE BRIDGE
On 1st November, Sean Conway will take on a full marathon back and forth across the historic Penmaenpool Toll Bridge, surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Mawddach Estuary in Wales. Come along to cheer him on, soak up the atmosphere or get involved and Take it to the Bridge yourself with a 5K, 10K or half marathon challenge.
£1 per kilometre goes to Project PAU, supporting the next generation of junior cyclists.
A UNIQUE OUT-AND-BACK COURSE

Experience a fast, flat, and incredibly scenic route over the historic wooden bridge. Offering stunning views across the Mawddach Estuary, this straight-line course removes all navigation worries so you can focus entirely on your rhythm and the exciting atmosphere on race day.
One Out-and-Back Loop is 1km.

Project PAU is all about making cycling more accessible for young riders aged 13 to 18. Through free coaching, practical resources, education and opportunities to develop, we’re helping young riders build the skills, knowledge and confidence to progress in the sport.
For those selected for Team PAU, that support goes even further, helping riders access expert coaching, race opportunities and the practical support needed to compete and develop at a higher level.
