Level 1 Service Incudes:
– Full safety M-check
– 18 point service and all bolts set to manufactures recommended torque settings
– Gears & brakes checked and aligned
– Bottom bracket checked
– Headset check and adjustment
– Tyres checked & inflated correctly
– Chain wear check & Lube
– Visual frame & fork check
– Wipe down frame, forks & wheels

STAGE 2
£65 + Parts
Stage 2 Service Includes:
– Includes everything in Stage 1, plus:
– Brakes fully serviced & set up like new
– Gears fully serviced & set up like new
– Check for updates on electronic gears
– Replace inner brake & gear cables / bleed hydraulic brakes
– Wheels trued
– Drivetrain deep cleaned & lubricated
– Fitting of all parts included (parts cost not included)

STAGE 3
£110+ Parts
Stage 3 Service Includes:
– Includes everything in Stage 1+2, plus:
Full strip-down of the bike including drivetrain
Parts machine-washed & degreased
Bike re-built, lubricated & adjusted to manufacturer torque settings
Hub, headset & bottom bracket bearings checked, lubricated & adjusted
Tubeless sealant topped up
All parts serviced & adjusted
Our top package is our highly regarded ‘full strip down’.

Book online to secure a slot with one of our expert mechanics. A £10 booking fee applies, which will be deducted from any work carried out on your bike. We do accept walk-ins; however, there may be a wait due to prior bookings or high demand. To guarantee a slot with one of our mechanics, we recommend booking online.

How Does PAU Bike Servicing Work?
Every bike is different. We only do what needs to be done, and offer advice and tips on how you can maximise performance, especially if you’re chasing a PB.
Our ethos in our workshops is ‘repair over replace’, and we always aim to keep you and your bike on the road for longer. With three Cytech Level 2 trained mechanics on our team, we combine our expertise with a genuine love of cycling to keep your ride performing.
We start with a bike check from one of our mechanics, so we can get a handle on what you might need and what needs attention. We don’t carry out any work without your go ahead, and we’ll share an overview of requirements and recommendations. Our trusted mechanics, will recommend a service option based on your bikes condition.

Yes. We have plenty of free on-site parking right by the shop, on Trentham Shopping Village.
Do I Need an Appointment?
We’re happy to accept walk-ins, but to guarantee a slot and avoid waiting, we recommend using our online booking system. It’s quick, easy, and ensures your bike gets the attention it deserves at a time that suits you. The £10 booking fee is deducted from your service price.
