PROJECT PAU SESSIONS
Being a better cyclist isn’t just about spending more time on the bike.
Project PAU Sessions bring together coaches, riders and experts to talk about the things that matter throughout your development as a junior cyclist. Training, racing, fuelling, recovery, preparation and everything in between.
Hosted by cycling coach Maddie Gammons alongside special guests, each session is a relaxed conversation packed with practical advice you can take away and use in your own riding.
They’re completely free and designed with junior riders aged 13 to 18 in mind. Plus, every live session will include a Q&A, giving you the chance to ask questions, get advice and put your own questions to Maddie and our guests.
Watch live. Ask questions. Take something away.

SESSION ONE
Off-Season and Cyclocross
Taking a break is part of getting better.
We’ll look at why the off season matters, how cyclocross can be used as a tool for road training and how to balance a multidisciplinary approach to racing.
COMING OCTOBER

SESSION FOUR
From Youth to Junior
Moving from youth racing into the junior ranks is a big step.
We’ll be joined by a guest speaker with experience of making that transition, looking at what changed, how they found it and the key things riders should know as they move into junior racing.
COMING JANUARY
Meet the Coach: Maddie Gammons
She’s competed across the world in multiple disciplines and is now excited to support the next generation of riders as a coach for Team PAU.
