We’re now recruiting junior riders to join our fully funded cycling team for 2025.
Accepting applications from male and female riders who are Junior or Youth A category.

SUCCEED WITH TEAM PAU
During 2024 Team PAU has supported a group of riders racing road, MTB and Cyclo-cross, providing a mixture of kit, equipment, coaching and practical support in attending races.
Our riders have all progressed as athletes and we’re proud to have helped each of them progress towards the goals they set with their coaches at the start of the year.
Particular highlights have included:
- Helping a rider who hasn’t raced on the road before progress from Cat4 to Cat2 and regularly achieving finishes at National Junior Series races
- Watching 2 riders in the squad achieve their first top 10 finishes in National Junior Road Series races

For 2025 We’re particularly interested to hear from riders who need extra support with meeting the costs of participating in the sport. So if the cost and practical support you need to take part in races is the main barrier to your progression in the sport we’re keen to hear from you.
