Project PAU is a free cycling academy for riders aged 13-18. We encourage and inspire development, and support excellence within the sport. We support young riders to find their passion and to hone their skills, as well as empowering them to find their own pathway in cycling. 

The Project has two levels, the first is our Club, with support open to everyone, and we also have Team PAU, our fully-funded junior riding team. The two programs are explained in detail below.

These weekly discussions go beyond physical training, encompassing a holistic approach to develop well-rounded knowledgeable cyclists that can reach their full potential both on and off the bike. Topics vary from nutrition, recommended kit, injury prevention methods, and so much more.

TEAM PAU

We’re recruiting talented junior cyclists to join our team and receive an incredible fully-funded opportunity to go pro!

Our mission is to make cycling more accessible. We don’t believe junior riders should have to fork out for their chance to go pro.

We gift our team the complete package to propel them towards their professional career in cycling! That includes 1-to-1 coaching by Clancy Briggs, team kit, season-long coaching, and race travel & accommodation costs all paid for by Project PAU.
