Shaping the future of cycling.

Project PAU is our free online cycling academy for riders aged 13-18. It’s designed to support the development of young cyclists, offering free coaching, a supportive community, and opportunities for young riders to develop their skills both on and off the bike. 

The Project has two levels, the first is our academy, open to everyone, and we also have Team PAU, our fully-funded junior cycling team.

The two programmes are explained in detail below.

Our mission is to make cycling more accessible. We remove the financial barriers to entry by covering costs for equipment, coaching, and race participation, ensuring that talented riders can focus on improving and achieving their cycling goals.
