Each week you’ll follow a progressive riding plan alongside a live weekly coaching session with Maddie, helping you build fitness, confidence, and understanding on the bike.

HOW IT WORKS
Weekly Live Coaching: YouTube Live coaching every Monday at 7PM with Maddie Covering training, mindset, pacing, nutrition and preparation.
Ride Progression Plan: A simple week-by-week structure that gradually builds your distance — no guesswork, no pressure.
Goal Ride: At the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll take on the Made of Stone 50km route feeling prepared, supported, and ready to receive that medal for crossing the finish line.
