PAU has teamed up with Spider Runners to bring you a free 8.5m group trail run around Trentham Gardens.
We’ve got Topo Athletic joining us to showcase the latest trail running shoes – you can try them on and enjoy a group run with shoes designed for performance on the trails!
If you’ve never been on a Spider Runner’s FSOM (first Sunday of the Month) before, I can’t stress enough that they make these super-social & friendly.
