Join our Couch to 5K in Blakemere
No matter your age or ability, PAU’s 10-week Couch to 5K Training Programme is just what you need to kickstart your fitness… and it only costs a tenner!

How much does it cost?
We’re asking for just £10 to secure your place in all 10 sessions.
When are the sessions?
The first session will take place at 6PM on Thursday 6th March, and we will meet weekly thereafter.

Where do we meet?
We meet at PAU Run & Ride in PAU Run & Ride in Blakemere: Workshop 6, Blakemere Village, Chester Rd, Sandiway, Northwich CW8 2EB.
Our sessions take place every Thursday at 6 PM, starting on 6th March, and will run weekly. Simply show up and we’ll get you started on your Couch to 5K journey!
How many people will there be in the group?
We are limiting each programme to a maximum of 50 participants per group. This ensures that our trained coaches can provide personalized 1-on-1 support while fostering a friendly environment where you can connect and build lasting relationships with fellow community members.
What about if I can’t make all 10 sessions?
We understand that life can get busy! If you can’t make all 10 sessions, don’t worry. Our coaches will provide you with the materials and guidance to catch up on your own time. Plus, you’ll still be part of our supportive community, and we encourage you to join as many sessions as you can. Your progress and enjoyment are our top priorities!
What happens when we finish?
You’ll participate in a celebratory 5K graduation run. This event marks your achievement and gives you a chance to celebrate your progress. You’ll also receive a special memento to show your accomplishment. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue your running journey with new friends and the support of our running community. We’re excited to celebrate your success with you!
