Team PAU: More Than a Team, A Place to Progress

Team PAU is built on progress, inclusion and purpose. Our goal is to create an environment where junior riders from all backgrounds have the support, guidance and opportunities they need to thrive, both on and off the bike.
From expert coaching and race support to opportunities to compete at national events and race internationally, we give riders the tools and experience to develop their skills, confidence and ambitions.
But Team PAU is about more than results. It’s about being part of a team that supports each other, learns together and creates an environment where every rider can improve.
