Riding the Path to Success: Insights from Dean Downing
A cycling career spanning over a decade and a household name in the sport, Dean Downing is a legend and we cannot wait to welcome him into PAU Cafe.
He rode with the Rapha Condor team, the Madison-Genesis team, and the NFTO team, as well as becoming directeur sportif for the Polypipe Cycling Team after he retired from riding professionally. There are too many accolades and titles to mention, but he will be diving into them when he joins us on 17th May.
A road racer to his core, after 10 years riding professionally, he has coached over 70 riders since 2015, leading them to their own victories and following in his footsteps.
Dean (or ‘Deano’!) is Head Coach at Downing Cycling, working with his own team of coaches to inspire and train the next generation of cyclists. He will be joining us at PAU Cafe in Staffordshire on 17th May to tell us exactly what it takes to become a professional cyclist.
Whether you’re looking to go pro, or want to meet a sporting legend, join us for our live talk with Dean Downing. There’ll be plenty of opportunity to get your questions answered and hear from one of the icons in the industry.
