Sean Conway is one of the UK’s best-known endurance athletes, completing record-breaking challenges across swimming, cycling, and running. He has taken on some of the toughest adventures imaginable, including Triathlons in 105 Days, becoming the first person to swim the length of Britain, finishing the World’s Longest Triathlon, completing the fastest unsupported cycle across Europe, and running the length of Britain.
He has inspired thousands through his ultra-endurance feats, speaking at TEDx Manchester, major corporations like Google and Microsoft, and theatres, sharing his journey of resilience to huge audiences.
