– Add variety to saddle snacks, introducing alternative energy sources to keep fuelling enjoyable and effective.
– Support overall athlete nutrition, helping young cyclists recover faster, maintain energy levels, and stay healthy through the season.

Project PAU is our free online cycling academy for riders aged 13–18, designed to help young cyclists develop their skills, confidence, and passion for the sport. It offers expert coaching, a supportive community, and opportunities for riders to grow both on and off the bike.
The programme has two levels: the academy, open to all junior riders, and Team PAU, our competitive junior cycling team. Learn how you can get involved and support the project to help junior riders reach their potential.
