Our first session is 6:30PM on Wednesday 6th November, followed by a session a week every Wednesday for 5 weeks at Trentham Estate.
Expert Coaching: Mat and Emma, our qualified England Athletics coaches, will guide you through a fun and supportive 5-week programme.
Meet Likeminded People: Meeting weekly at PAU Run & Ride, Trentham Shopping Village, you’ll have the opportunity to mingle with likeminded members of your local community.

How much does it cost?
We’re asking for just £10 to secure your place in all 5 sessions.
When are the sessions?
The first session will take place at 6:30PM on Wednesday 6th November, and we will meet weekly thereafter for 5 weeks.

How many people will there be in the group?
We are limiting each programme to a maximum of 50 participants. This ensures that our two trained coaches can provide personalised 1-on-1 support while fostering a friendly environment where you can connect and build lasting relationships with fellow community members.
What about if I can’t make all 5 sessions?
We understand that life can get busy! If you can’t make all 5 sessions, don’t worry. Our coaches will provide you with the materials and guidance to catch up on your own time. Plus, you’ll still be part of our supportive community, and we encourage you to join as many sessions as you can. Your progress and enjoyment are our top priorities!
What happens when we finish?
You’ll participate in a celebratory 10K graduation run. This event marks your achievement and gives you a chance to celebrate your progress. You’ll also receive a special memento to show your accomplishment. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue your running journey with new friends and the support of our running community. We’re excited to celebrate your success with you!

You accept that the event will involve strenuous physical activity and is subject to unpredictable weather and you should take all steps to ensure your own safety.
You will run within your abilities and will be responsible for any injuries caused by your negligent behaviour or which result in injuries to others.
You are responsible for sourcing your own kit. PAU are not responsible for the safety or fitness for purpose of any equipment which you are providing.
Unless stated otherwise PAU is not responsible for your vehicle or the safety of your vehicle when parking and leaving it unattended for your participation in an event.
You will follow any safety rules provided.
You are happy to be photographed by PAU and the photographs may be used on our website or for the promotion of future events.
We reserve the right to cancel in the event of adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.
