Matt Winston Shares His Experience in the World of Cycling
With over two decades in professional cycling, Matt Winston has been instrumental in shaping the careers of top athletes. Beginning with an eight-year tenure at British Cycling, he led the junior national team to four world titles and eight European medals. He then served as Head Coach for ONE Pro Cycling before joining Team Picnic PostNL in 2019. As Assistant Sports Director, Matt has contributed to significant successes in the Tour de France and Giro d’Italia. He currently coaches British rider Oscar Onley, who is ranked in the top 10 of the Tour. His expertise encompasses race strategy, athlete development, and navigating the complexities of elite cycling.
